CHAVIAANA ASSOCIATES LLP

We have been operating out of Nehru Place for a while now. Most people know the area for the tech shops and all the busy offices, and we are right in the middle of it at Chiranjiv Tower. It’s Flat 11 on the 11th floor, though the numbering is a bit confusing sometimes if you aren't looking at the signs. We are quite close to the Park Royal Hotel, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us the first time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get our work done every day. Some of us have been here since the start and we've seen the building change quite a bit over the years. Nehru Place can get really crowded during the lunch hour, so we usually just grab something quick from the stalls nearby or bring food from home. It's a loud part of town but it keeps us on our toes. The desks are usually covered in papers and there is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We just do what we do without making a big fuss about it. If you happen to be walking past the hotel, you might see our building right there. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we handle here. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a group of people trying to keep things moving through the busy week without any corporate nonsense.
