You can find us at House Number 84 in Chattarpur Enclave, New Delhi. It's a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the lanes. We operate out of this space, handling all the logistics and planning for the different hotel and resort properties we manage. It’s not a hotel itself, just the office where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. There are phones ringing pretty often and people checking schedules on their laptops. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go. Chattarpur has its own vibe, a mix of old houses and new offices, and we’ve fit right in over the years. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We aren't a giant operation with hundreds of people in suits. We have a big map of the country pinned to the wall where we mark different locations, though the pins keep falling out. The floor is that old-fashioned stone that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. Our desks are a bit of a mess with invoices, property brochures, and half-written notes to ourselves. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of polish, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes arguing with delivery drivers who can't find the address or get stuck in the heavy Delhi traffic.
