We don't have any fancy decorations or a big marketing team telling us what to say to the public. We just write down what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in through the cracks, and we have to clean the windows more than we’d like. It’s a real place with real problems like leaky taps or slow computers on humid days. We don't use those corporate phrases because that’s not who we are. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this neighborhood over the years, but we’ve managed to stay put. It’s not always easy, but we like being here in Delhi.
