We are located at Raj Kumar Gera’s house, which is house number 2265/1 in West Patel Nagar. If you know the area, we are right in Mandirwali Gali. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone knows each other’s business. The name B.Sc In Hospitality And Hotel Administr is what we use, but it’s really just a small training setup we run out of this home. We don't have a big campus or a library. It’s just a room where we go over the basics of how hotels are run and what kind of work is expected in the hospitality industry. It’s very informal. We use the kitchen and the living area to show how things should be handled in a real setting. West Patel Nagar is a good spot because it’s central, though the street we are on is quite narrow and parking is always a nightmare. We’ve been here in India for a long time and decided to use this space to help people learn a bit more about the hotel world. There are no fancy uniforms or corporate handbooks here. We just talk about real-life situations you might find in a restaurant or a guest house. It’s a very practical way of learning. Sometimes we have tea and just chat about the industry.
