Bristol Hotel

Our address is a little specific, being C/O Satish Kumar Solanli at Wz-10, right opposite the Axis Bank in Palam Village. It’s a busy corner of New Delhi. If you know the area, you know how crowded Palam can get. Bristol Hotel has been around this part of town, and we just try to keep things moving. It’s not always easy with the noise from the street and the constant flow of people going to the bank or the local shops. We have a lot of neighbors here. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. It feels like a real community even if it’s a bit chaotic at times. Our space is tucked away but once you find that Axis Bank, you’re basically there. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or anything like that. We just focus on the guests and whatever they need at the moment. Some days are much busier than others. We might be running around one minute and then it’s quiet the next. That’s just the way it goes in Delhi. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily chores. We’ve learned to work around the tight spaces and the busy streets. It’s our little spot in the village and we’re used to the rhythm of it. We just do our work and go home like everyone else around here. The building is older but it has a lot of character if you look closely.
