Blue Pine Resort

Our office is on the 2nd floor of C-154 in Dayanand Colony, which is in the Lajpat Nagar Iv area of New Delhi. It is a well-known neighborhood that is very central and easy for everyone to get to. We manage the resort operations from this office space. Our pin code is 110024. The office is in one of those older buildings that you see all over Lajpat Nagar, and it has a bit of its own character. We spend most of our time dealing with bookings and answering questions from guests. It is a lot of phone work and responding to messages. During the busy wedding seasons, the phones don't seem to stop ringing, and we just do our best to keep up. It is not a fancy place with glossy photos on every wall. It is much more functional than that. We have our filing cabinets, some computers, and plenty of notebooks for jotting down details. Lajpat Nagar is always humming with activity, so there is usually some background noise from the market and the traffic outside. We don't mind it because it makes us feel connected to the city. We are just a small group of people making sure that everything is ready for guests when they head out to the resort. We don't do any big marketing or polished speeches. People usually find us by word of mouth. We just give them the information and get things booked.
