Bismillah Muslim Hotel

You’ll find us right at Bhajanpura Sudampuri Chowk. It’s a busy corner, always a lot of noise and bikes. We’ve been cooking here for a long time. The kitchen is always hot. We start early in the morning to get the pots going. There’s no menu on fancy paper, just what we have for the day. We don’t use computer systems here. Everything is done by hand. Most people come for a quick meal before heading to work or heading home. It's a simple setup with tables and benches. We don't worry about the walls looking perfect. The food is what matters to the people who eat here. We see the same faces every single day. Some guys have been eating with us for ten years or more. It’s just how it is in Bhajanpura. We don’t do any advertising. Word of mouth is enough for us. Sometimes we run out of food by mid-afternoon if it’s a lucky day. Then we just clean up and wait for the next shift. It’s hard work, standing by the stove all day. But it pays the bills. We don't have any big goals. Just to keep the shop open and keep the food coming out hot. If you pass by the chowk, you can smell the spices. That’s us. We just do our bit and go home. There isn't much more to tell about our little hotel. It's a plain life but we're okay with it.
