We are located at Shop No. 101-B on the upper ground floor. The building is on Khasra No- 369-370 and we are right opposite Metro Pillar No. 16b in Sultanpur. Having the metro pillar right there makes it easy for people to find us, even if they are not familiar with the area. The shop has been in the family for a bit and we have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We open up the shutters early and sweep the front area before the crowds start coming out of the station. It is a family-run spot, so you will usually see a few of us sitting behind the counter or moving things in the back storage area. The upper ground floor stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is a relief during the Delhi summers. We have some old wooden shelves that are packed to the top with our items. The sounds of the metro trains passing by overhead happen every few minutes, and the whole shop vibrates just a tiny bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it is just us managing the daily sales and talking to the regulars who stop in. Life here is busy but predictable, and we like the fact that we are right in the middle of all the Sultanpur activity. We just focus on the work and keeping the shop organized.
