Best Western Resort Country Club

Our office for the Best Western Resort Country Club is located at B-87 in the Freedom Fighter Enclave. It’s on Ignou Road in New Delhi. This isn't the actual resort itself, but the place where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things and talk to people about their visits. The neighborhood is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find B-87, we're right there. Working in this enclave is different from being in a big glass office building. It feels more like a home that's been turned into a workspace. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer, sorting out bookings and memberships. It’s a lot of logistics. We try to keep things moving so people can enjoy their time away when they actually head to the club. There are always papers piled up and someone is usually running out to grab lunch or meet a client. It’s a very human atmosphere here. We don't use big words or fancy marketing speak. We just tell people what’s available and help them get it sorted. The team has been together for a while, so we know how to handle the busy periods. Sometimes the internet goes down or the traffic on Ignou Road is a mess, but we still manage to get the work done. It’s just a regular office doing its best to keep the resort business running smoothly from this little Delhi enclave.
