Our location is Rz 122A in Raj Nagar Part-I. We are specifically on Gali4, right by Dada Chhatri Wala Marg in the Palam Colony area of New Delhi-110045. Berggruen Hospitality P Ltd is run from this spot. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all day. Palam is known for being crowded, and our street is no different. We have a small office space inside the building. It’s where we keep all our papers and where we sit to talk about the hospitality business. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the bikes and the vendors, but once you are inside, it’s okay. We aren't a big fancy hotel ourselves; this is just the place where the management happens. We have a few desks and a phone that rings quite a bit. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a practical way to run things without spending money on stuff we don't need. We've been in Raj Nagar for a while and we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic. It is just a regular group of us working hard in this part of Delhi. That’s really all there is to know about this office. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything organized for the business.
