Azheekans Resort

Azheekans Resort operates from this flat in Dwarka, specifically Flat No. D73 in the Ratnakar Apartments. It’s Plot No-21 in Sector-4. It might seem strange to have a resort business run out of a flat in New Delhi, but that’s where we handle all the bookings and the back-end stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to guests and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming to stay. The office is basically a few desks with computers and some comfortable chairs. We aren't a big fancy agency with billboards. We just focus on getting the details right so people can have a good vacation. Dwarka is a nice place to work from, a bit more spread out than the center of the city. We keep track of the seasonal rushes and the quiet times when nobody is traveling. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment building pop by for a chat. It’s a very relaxed way to run things. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people, we just tell them how it is. It’s just us here, making sure the reservations are confirmed and the guest requests are noted down. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the business moving. We like the local feel of the office and how it keeps us grounded. It is a small team and we like keeping things personal and real.
