Our place is tucked away in Mandawali, specifically at 485/18 Sarpanch Ka Bara. If you know where Lakkhi Public School is, we are pretty much right next to it. It’s a local neighborhood, so things are usually quite lively with kids and traffic. We deal with hotels and resorts, mainly handling the back-end stuff and managing the rooms. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our logs and records. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a bit now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to check on bookings or talking to the staff at the different sites. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute, but that’s just how it goes around here. We aren't a big flashy chain with glass walls. We just work from this building near the school and try to keep things organized. You’ll find us there from the morning until the evening. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, whether it’s filing papers or answering the door. The streets around Mandawali can get pretty crowded during school hours. We just focus on getting the rooms ready and making sure the reservations are correct. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the schedule. There's always something to do, so we stay pretty focused on the tasks.
