We are based over in Punjabi Bagh Extension at 4/17. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi-110026, with plenty of trees around the residential blocks. Apy Hoteliers has been operating from this address for quite a few years now. Our office is part of a regular building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We prefer it that way. It keeps things relaxed and easy-going for the staff. We spend our days managing the various aspects of the hotel business. There’s always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs adjusting. We don’t use a lot of fancy software; we mostly stick to what we know works. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a nice change from the chaos of central Delhi. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s a small, family-like environment here. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve known for a long time. We just do our work steadily and try to keep things moving.
