We are located at 143 on the first floor in Anand Vihar, right here in Pitampura. If you know where the Saral Diagnostic Center is, we are just near that landmark, which makes it easier for people to find us. APV Bighome is basically a small team working out of this office. We spend our time talking to people about houses and property, trying to figure out what fits their needs. The office is simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Pitampura is a crowded spot, and the noise from the main road usually filters in through the windows. We deal with a lot of phone calls and paperwork every single day. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where the important documents are kept. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own neighborhood. Some days we are out visiting sites, and other days we are stuck here doing data entry or talking to clients who drop by. The tea here is usually good, and we keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just dress for the weather and the work. It’s a local business through and through. We might not have a big corporate lobby, but we have a spot where we can sit down and talk things through. Most of our neighbors are also running small businesses, so it feels like a real community here in Anand Vihar.
