If you ever find yourself in Amberhai Village in Dwarka, you might pass by our place. We are at Plot No. 91 in Dwarka No. 19. World Travel India isn't some big travel agency with a glass front and glowing lights. It’s just a simple office where we help people figure out their trips. The village vibe is still there even though Dwarka has grown so much around us. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking for flights or trains. Customers come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how much it will cost. Sometimes they just want to sit and talk about their plans for an hour. We listen and try to help them out. It gets a bit chaotic when the internet is slow or when the phones won't stop ringing. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and brochures we’ve collected over the years. We started this because we liked the idea of people seeing more of the country. There is no big secret to how we work. We just book the tickets and organize the tours. The traffic outside on the main road is always a mess, but inside it’s mostly just us and the sound of the keyboard. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. It’s just honest advice based on what we know. Being in Dwarka Sector 19 feels like being in the middle of everything, yet the village part keeps us grounded.
