Aman Resorts is our business address at R-213, Vani Vihar, which is in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. The name might make people think of a huge hotel chain, but we are a much smaller operation based right here in this neighborhood. Our office is a modest space where we manage our day-to-day business affairs. It’s located in a part of town that feels more like a community than a business district. We spend our hours handling bookings and taking care of the administrative side of things. The office isn't very big, so we have to stay organized to make sure we don't get buried in paperwork. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, away from the main road’s noise and dust. We don’t have any big corporate mission statements or lists of values. We just try to stay on top of our work and make sure everything is running as it should be. The people working here are locals who know the area well. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a high-tech lobby. It’s just a few rooms with the basic things we need to operate. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any of the corporate fluff you find in bigger cities. We just focus on our daily tasks here in Vani Vihar.
