Air Earth Resort Engineers Private Limited is based out of Hauz Rani, which is near Malviya Nagar. Our office address is H. No. 73A, and we are on the third floor. It used to be called number 73 back in the day. The building is right in the middle of a very busy residential and commercial mix. There is no elevator, so we all get a workout coming into work. We focus on engineering for resorts and similar projects. The office is filled with rolls of drawings and old blueprints that take up most of the space. It’s not a very modern look, but it works for us. We have some basic computers and a large table where we look at plans. The lighting isn't great, so we usually have some extra lamps on the desks. Hauz Rani is always full of life, and you can smell food from the local stalls all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit distracting, but we’ve been here long enough to ignore it. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. If you come by, you’ll just find us hunched over our work. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the business well. We keep things simple and focus on the technical side of things. It’s honest work in a busy part of New Delhi.
