We are located right at No. 1 in the Hailey Lane Market. It’s a pretty central spot, and being in a market means there’s always people walking by and noise from the street. ACAK Hospitality started because a few of us wanted to try our hand at running something ourselves. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices or glass walls. Our space is functional and feels like a part of the local community. Every morning we open up and start dealing with the logistics of the hospitality world. It can be a lot of juggling sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts telling us what to say. We just talk to people like we’re talking to neighbors. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that over time. Some days the shop next door is loud, or the delivery trucks block the lane, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the operations are moving along. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it’s just us working out of this one spot. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone we deal with.
