We are based over in Saket, specifically in the S.F.S. Flats at C-11/2. It’s a pretty quiet residential-feeling area compared to some of the busier parts of New Delhi. Abercrombie & Kent India Private Limited has been operating from here for a while now. We don't have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a regular office where we handle all the logistics and planning for people's trips. Saket is a nice spot because it's easy to get to, and having the office in the flats makes it feel a bit more grounded. We spend most of our time on computers or the phone, trying to make sure all the travel details are lined up right. It gets busy during the peak seasons, and the office can feel a bit small when everyone is in at once. There’s always someone running out for chai or coming back with folders. We’ve been in the New Delhi travel scene long enough to know how things work around here. It’s not always glamorous, mostly just a lot of checking and double-checking lists. The mailman knows us well by now. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work from this corner of Saket and try to keep things organized. If you’re looking for us, you just head to the C-11 block. It's a straightforward place with people who just want to get the job done right without a lot of fuss. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have some fans going.
