Abeer Hotels Private Limited is based out of C-8/8544 in Vasant Kunj. This part of Delhi is a bit different from the busier markets, but it still has its own pace. Our office is a simple one where we manage the hotel side of things. It is not a place with a lot of chrome and glass, just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our hours coordinating with staff at different locations and making sure the guest rooms are ready for whoever is arriving. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we are trying to focus on the logistics. We handle everything from here, from the initial room blocks to checking out the bills. It is not always smooth, sometimes things go wrong or a pipe leaks at a property, and we have to jump on it quickly. We do not use any big scripts when we talk to people on the phone. It is just plain English and getting things sorted. The team here has been together for a while, so we know how to handle the rush. Vasant Kunj is a good base for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just stay focused on the day-to-day tasks. There are no grand missions here, just the work of keeping a hotel company functioning. It takes a lot of coordination and simple hard work to keep everything balanced throughout the week.
