AARZOO TEXTILES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over at A-113 on the ground floor in Jeewan Park. It’s right on Pankha Road in Uttam Nagar, which if you know the area, is always bustling with people and traffic. Aarzoo Textiles is really just a small setup we have here. My family started it and now we just keep it going day by day. We handle a lot of different fabrics, mostly bulk stuff that comes in big rolls. The ground floor is handy because we don’t have to carry heavy bundles up any stairs, which helps my back. It gets quite dusty with all the traffic on the main road, so we are always cleaning the shop front. West Delhi is a busy place to do business but we like the energy here. Most of our customers are locals from around the neighborhood or people passing through on Pankha Road. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address on the door. Usually, I spend my morning checking the stock and the afternoon is for dealing with the guys who come to pick up orders. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in notebooks. We don’t use those fancy computer systems for everything yet. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when two or three deliveries show up at once, but we manage. That’s basically how things go for us here in Uttam Nagar.
