Sant Aanna High School

The atmosphere is a bit more serious than a primary school, especially when test season comes around. We have a simple building that has seen a lot of students pass through over the years. The hallways are usually filled with teenagers talking about their day. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics like labs and a library that we try to keep organized. The staff here lives mostly in the Umbergaon area, so we are very much part of the local scene. We spend our days making sure the classes are running and that the students are actually in them. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard for everyone to get here on time, but we manage. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People around here know where Sant Aanna is. We just focus on the daily grind of teaching and managing the school grounds. It’s a lot of routine, from the morning prayer to the final bell in the afternoon. We try to keep things steady for the kids so they can just focus on their studies without any extra fuss. It’s just a normal school life for us.
