We are located in the Splendor Building in Navi Mumbai, specifically in unit J 302. This building houses a lot of different offices, and we have been here for a while now. Our business is staffing, which means we spend a lot of time matching people with the right jobs. Navi Mumbai is always bustling, and there are constantly new people moving here looking for work. Our office is a simple one with a couple of partitioned desks and some metal cabinets for files. It is not the kind of place that would impress a big CEO, but it is perfect for us. We do not have a big budget for marketing, so we just rely on our reputation in the area. When people come in for an interview, they usually just sit in the plastic chairs we have near the door. The staff here are down-to-earth and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. We deal with all sorts of people, from those looking for their first job to those with a lot of experience. The building can be a bit busy in the afternoons, and sometimes you have to wait for the lift. We just take things as they come. It is a basic operation, but it works for the community here. We just want to help people get to work and help companies stay productive without any extra fluff.
