Our office is over in Koperkhairne, specifically at Shree Ravechi Apartment on Plot 15. It has a bit of a residential feel since we are in an apartment building, but B 102 is where we handle the insurance business. Sector 20 is a busy spot. We get a lot of people from the nearby blocks coming in. Usually, it’s just us sitting with the ledgers and the computers. It can get a bit loud outside when the kids from the school nearby head home, but inside we’re mostly focused on the documents. Dealing with insurance takes a lot of patience because of all the tiny details you have to get right. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining how things work to people who are confused by the letters they get. It isn't a flashy place, just a workspace with some sturdy desks and a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time. We know the regulars who come by to pay their premiums in person. Most of the time, we’re just sorting through piles of paper. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait in the lobby for too long. The fans run all day to keep it cool in here. It’s a local operation, nothing too complex. We just handle the policies and make sure the entries are correct in the system. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. It’s a decent place to work.
