Deepak Fertilizers

Deepak Fertilizers operates out of Flat No 3 in the Swapneel Society, located in the Bibwewadi area of Pune. It’s a residential society, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main commercial road. Using a flat as an office means it feels a bit more like a home than a cold business space. We’ve got our desks and files set up in the rooms, and it works well for the kind of work we do. Bibwewadi is a nice part of Pune, and being in Swapneel Soc means we don’t have to deal with the constant noise of heavy traffic right outside our window. We focus on fertilizers, which is a big industry, but we manage our part of it from this small, calm office. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a big sign outside or anything that draws too much attention to us. People who need to find us usually know where Flat No 3 is. It’s practical and keeps our overheads low, which is just good sense. We’ve been in Pune 37 for a long time now. The neighbors are used to us being here and we try not to disturb anyone. We usually head out for a quick tea break at the corner stall in the afternoons. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy the steady pace of life here.
