Akt Bpo

We are located in the Krishan Kamal building over in Sector 21 of Nerul. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know Nerul is quite a spread-out place. Our office for Akt Bpo is just a regular setup with computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. The commute to Sector 21 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from. The local trains are usually packed so most of us arrive a bit tired. Once we get in, it is all about the headsets and the screens. It is not a quiet place because there is always someone talking or the sound of typing. The building itself is okay, nothing special to look at from the outside. We have a small window that looks out towards the street, but mostly we just see the tops of other buildings. It gets really humid here in Navi Mumbai, so we are thankful for the cooling when it actually works. We take our breaks together and usually just get something to eat from the stalls nearby. It is a basic routine. We show up, do the hours, and then head back into the rush. There is no big corporate vibe here, just people trying to handle the work and get through the day. Sometimes the power flutters, but we just wait it out. It is a very standard office life in a busy part of the city.
