Our spot is located in Nerul East, Navi Mumbai, right behind the Hira Arcade at Annest Plot 14A 15A. If you know Sector 23, you know it’s a fairly active area with people always moving around. Being tucked behind the arcade means we don't get as much noise from the main road, which is a blessing on busy Mondays. The building we’re in is a bit older and shows its age with some damp patches on the walls during the monsoon season. We’ve tried painting over them, but the Mumbai rain always wins eventually. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of everything. We have some old filing cabinets that don't quite close right and a few plants that I try to keep alive, though I’m not very good at it. The space is big enough for us to spread out our work, but small enough that we’re always bumping into each other when we go to the printer. We don’t have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and talk about our weekends. Navi Mumbai has a different pace than the main city, a bit slower but still plenty busy. We usually end up staying late a few nights a week just to catch up on paperwork that piles up. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s ours and it works for what we need to get done every day.
