Our office is actually inside a residential building, Deepak Building CHS, in Sector 8 of Kamothe. It is Flat 103 on the A Wing. Udaykumar B Madgiri is usually here most days managing things. It is a quiet residential area, which is a bit different from the busy parts of Vashi or Navi Mumbai. We do placement work, so a lot of the day is spent on the phone or looking at resumes on the computer screen. It feels more like a home than a strict office because of the layout. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room. Usually, people come by for interviews or just to drop off their documents in person. The building has a nice courtyard, and it is easy to get to from the main road if you know the landmark. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us working together. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have several people visiting at once to talk about jobs. We have been in Kamothe for a while and like that it is not as chaotic as the city center. We spend a lot of time talking to companies and candidates. It is steady work. We do not use fancy software, just basic tools to keep track of everything. The tea we make here is pretty good, and we usually take turns making it in the small kitchen. It is just a straightforward operation.
