Optus Jobs

We are over here in Nerul, right in Navi Mumbai. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Optus Jobs is basically us trying to help people find work without all the fancy talk you usually hear. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee cups because things get moving fast around here. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days it is quiet, other days the phones won't stop ringing. People walk in looking for a change in their lives, and we just sit down and see what we can do. It isn’t some high-rise corporate thing with glass walls. We are just a regular office. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the area well. When someone asks about a job, we tell them the truth about it. We don't use those complicated HR words that nobody understands. It’s more like a conversation. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot, and we have seen it happen from this very office. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we get the work done anyway. We deal with all sorts of companies and candidates. Everyone has a different story. We listen to those stories and try to make a match that makes sense for both sides. It’s pretty straightforward work, honestly. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks get a paycheck and a decent place to work.
