Being in Phase III means we are right in the thick of the business hub, but our daily life is pretty grounded. We handle various back-office tasks and data work that keeps other businesses running smoothly. The office isn’t anything too flashy, just a place with enough desks and computers for everyone to get their tasks finished. Most of us spend the day looking at screens and talking on headsets, trying to keep up with the deadlines that come our way. The traffic on the way into work can be a real headache, especially when it rains, so we usually talk about that over lunch in the break room. We have a mix of younger staff and some people who have been with us since we started. It is a professional atmosphere, sure, but we don't use a lot of fancy titles or worry about corporate politics.
