We’ve been here at Nutan Row House in Surat for a while now. It’s right near Palanpur Jakat Naka, which is a busy spot. Most mornings, you can see the traffic picking up on Pal Road while we’re just getting the doors open. The office is at house number four, so it's easy to find if you’re looking. People often stop by to ask about what we do with water systems and filters. It’s a pretty straightforward setup inside. We don't have anything fancy, just desks, some files, and a few chairs for when someone drops in. Living and working in this part of Pal is okay, though the heat gets a bit much in the summer months. You get used to the sound of the vehicles passing by the naka all day long. Sometimes the courier guy gets a bit lost because of the row house numbering, but we just point him to the right gate. We handle the paperwork and the tech side of the exchange stuff right from here for Ion Exchnage India Limited. It’s mostly just us keeping busy with the daily routine of phone calls and ledger work. We’ve known the neighbors for years, so it feels more like a community than just a commercial street. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets cluttered with notes. It's just how a regular office goes when there's a lot to keep track of every single day. We just stay focused on our tasks.
