Idb Intech

Our office is located at 110 Indira Gandhi Nagar in Indore. It’s a straightforward spot in a part of town that’s seen a lot of changes over the years. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow around us. At Idb Intech, we spend our days working on various technical projects. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a room with enough desks for everyone and a small area for tea. We don’t have a big sign or fancy lights. Most people find us because they live nearby or have heard about us from someone else in Indore. The work we do is mostly digital, but we still like having a physical place where we can all sit together and figure things out. It gets pretty hot in Indore during the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and AC are running while we work. We don't have a lot of formal rules or a corporate handbook. We just show up and do what needs to be done for that day. It’s a practical way to run things. Being in Indira Gandhi Nagar is convenient for us. It’s not the center of the city, but it’s our base. We plan on staying here for a while, just keeping things simple and working through our projects. It's a living for all of us.
