Andheri East is always moving fast, and our office at 3 A Samta Apartments is right in the middle of that buzz. Goldshield Services Pvt Ltd has been in this particular building for some time now. It’s one of those typical Mumbai apartment setups converted into a workspace. You have to navigate the stairs and the general noise of the neighborhood to get to us. Inside, it is a bit cramped because we have quite a few people working in a limited space, but that’s just how it is in this city. We handle a lot of different service requests throughout the week. There is always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s an honest way to work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just get the job done right. The PMGP area can get busy, especially with the traffic outside, so we appreciate the quiet moments when they happen. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and keep our clients satisfied with the work we put out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the local chai wallah by name and he knows our orders. That’s the kind of environment we have here. Just regular people doing regular work.
