Gic Housing Finance Limited

We operate from Flat 201 in the E Wing of Trimurti Paradise, which is located in Sector 16 of Kamothe. Navi Mumbai has grown so much lately, and being here puts us right in the heart of all that development. Our space is basically a residential flat that we've set up as an office for Gic Housing Finance Limited. It’s a bit different from working in a big glass tower, but it feels more personal this way. We deal with housing finance, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps of the area and talking about property. The office is often full of folders and documents related to different plots in Sector 16 and beyond. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony gives us a little bit of fresh air during breaks. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. It’s a straightforward setup—a few tables, some chairs, and our computers. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. We just handle the applications and questions that come our way. People from around Kamothe often stop by because it’s a convenient location for them. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many new buildings go up in the surrounding plots. It’s a busy life, but we like the practical nature of the work we do.
