Architect Point

Our office, Architect Point, is over in the Maruti Park Building, occupying Plot No. 6 and 7 in Sector 12A. This is in Kopar Khairane, which is a part of Navi Mumbai that has grown a lot lately. We have a decent amount of space here for all our tables and computers. Most of the day is spent looking at drawings or talking about dimensions. It’s a lot of quiet concentration, though we do have our fair share of loud discussions when we’re trying to figure out a problem. The building is easy enough to get to, and the area around Sector 12A isn't as congested as some other parts of the city, which is nice. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just come in comfortable clothes because we’re usually leaning over blueprints or visiting sites where things are actually being built. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in this building for some time, and we know most of the other people who have offices nearby. It feels like a professional but relaxed environment. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call us. We just tell them what we can do and how long it might take. It’s about being realistic and getting the plans right so the builders don’t have any trouble later on down the line.
