Graphite Architects

We have our office at Satra Plaza in Vashi. It's Plot No.255 if you're looking at the directory. Graphite Architects is basically just a few of us sitting around drawing boards and computers all day. Vashi is a good area, though parking at the plaza can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve got some big windows that let in a lot of light, which helps when we're looking at blueprints. People think being an architect is all about fancy sketches, but mostly we're just arguing over measurements. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. It's a small space, but we make it work. Usually, there are rolls of paper everywhere and coffee cups on every desk. We don't really have a lobby, so clients just walk right into the middle of the mess. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the building with all the other businesses around. We just put our heads down and get the drawings done. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to make sure things actually fit where they're supposed to. We don't do anything flashy here. It's just a lot of math and drawing lines until they look right. If you ever drop by Satra Plaza, you'll likely see us hunched over our desks through the glass. We usually stay until late finishing up the plans.
