We are out in Uran, based at Liberty Park, which is A/102. It is right near the MTNL office on ONGC Road. Being in this part of the Raigad district means we deal with a lot of different types of land and local rules. The office is run by us, and we keep things pretty low-key. We don't wear suits or have big meetings with fancy presentations. Usually, it is just sitting down with a client and a cup of tea to figure out what they need for their property. The road outside can get a bit busy with the ONGC trucks passing by, but inside it is mostly just the sound of us working or the fan spinning on the ceiling. We handle a lot of residential stuff for people in the At Post : Uran area. It is a small community, so your reputation is basically everything. If you do a bad job, everyone knows about it pretty quickly. We try to avoid that by being careful with our measurements and listening to what the client is actually saying. Sometimes we have to explain why an idea won't work because of the way the land sits, and that can be a tough conversation. But we prefer to be honest about it from the start. It is just a regular local office doing its best for the people around here.
