Our office is located at E4/01 in the Sea View Co.Op Society, which is in Sec-6 of Nerul. We are very close to Shushrusha Hospital, so people usually find us pretty easily if they are familiar with that landmark. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are around a lot of new development all the time. Our workspace is small but it gets the job done. We have a view of the street, and sometimes you can feel a bit of a breeze if the weather is right. We spend most of our time on CAD programs or talking on the phone with suppliers. It is not a glamorous job, despite what people think about architects. There is a lot of math involved and checking and re-checking dimensions so there are no mistakes once the concrete starts pouring. We have a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. One day I might be drawing a floor plan and the next I am out at a site checking on the foundation work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend who worked with us before. We just keep our heads down and focus on the drawings. It is a regular job and we like the people we work with every day.
