We've been running Vijay Pharma here in Nashik for a long time now. It’s just how things go every day, opening up the office and getting the orders sorted for the local shops and hospitals. Nashik is a busy place, and we try to keep up with everything. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the deliveries are late or there's too much paperwork. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and make sure the boxes are moving. The weather here in Nashik gets quite hot sometimes, but we just get on with it. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we do our work. People come by to drop off stuff or pick things up, and there’s always someone checking the inventory lists. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our routine stays pretty much the same. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we all know how the shelves are organized. It’s mostly about making sure the right medicine gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much fuss. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room or over a cup of tea. It's a simple way of working, but it keeps the business going and the customers seem to know where to find us when they need something. That's about it for us really, just people doing their jobs.
