G. N. Pharmaceutical

G. N. Pharmaceutical is based at Shop No. 7, right on Wadala Road. We are very close to the Rehnuma Urdu School and the Ashoka International School. Because of these schools, our day is usually timed by the sound of the bells and the noise of students in the street. It’s a lively spot to be in, and there is never a dull moment when school is in session. Our shop is quite small, so we have had to be very smart about how we use the space. We have shelves that go all the way up, and sometimes we have to move three things just to get to one. Wadala Road is a busy area with a lot of traffic and people going about their business. We keep our front door open most of the time to let in some air, though it means we have to dust the shelves more often. It’s a simple setup with a wooden counter and a few stools. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or big displays; we just keep the essentials in stock. Most of the people who come in are from the immediate neighborhood or parents from the schools. We have a good relationship with the other shopkeepers on the block. It’s a tight-knit community here on Wadala Road. We handle our own chores and do our own bookkeeping, keeping things as uncomplicated as possible. It’s been our home for years, and we know the area well.
