Jubilant Organosys Ltd.

Our office for Jubilant Organosys Ltd. is located in Nasik at N-9, E-5/3, right by the Maharanapratapchowk in the Cidco area. It is a very lively part of the city and there is always something happening at the chowk outside our window. The building we are in is quite functional and we have set up our workspace to be as practical as possible. We have got some basic desks and a few computers that we use to keep track of all our orders and paperwork. Nasik has pretty good weather compared to other places, so we often keep the windows open to let some air in. The team here consists of local people who have lived in Nasik for a long time. We usually speak a mix of Marathi and English while we work. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves when someone comes by. It is a very informal atmosphere and we don’t spend much time on long meetings or corporate jargon. We’d rather just get our tasks finished so we can head home. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea and we usually share some snacks in the afternoon. It is a steady, no-nonsense kind of place. We aren't trying to be anything we are not, just a group of people doing their jobs in a busy part of Nasik.
