Our facility is located at B - 33 in the Nice Satpur area. It's an industrial zone where you see a lot of different plants, but ours is focused on the pharmaceutical side of things. Being in Satpur means we are surrounded by other manufacturers, but the atmosphere inside our gates is quite different from a heavy machine shop. We have to keep things a bit more orderly here because of the nature of the products we handle. Every day involves a lot of checking and re-checking. We aren't a new company, we have been around the block a few times and have seen how the industry has shifted. The building itself is practical. It's designed for production, not for showing off. We have different sections for the various stages of making medicines. Some areas are for mixing, some for packaging, and there’s always someone moving crates around. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a good group of regulars who have been with us for years. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big presentations. Most of our day is spent making sure the batches are moving through the line without any hiccups. It can be a bit repetitive, but that is just how this kind of work goes. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep the machines running smooth so we can get everything out the door on time.
