We are situated at Door No-2 in the Shubhlaxmi Apartments, which is in Kalika Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. We are right near Naik Farm and Trimurti Chowk is the big landmark nearby. Most people in Cidco know the area. Our office is basically a converted flat. It’s not what you’d call a professional corporate space, but it has everything we need. We’ve got some tables, a few computers, and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. We try to keep the noise down because we have neighbors living right next door and above us. Sometimes the parking near the apartment is a real headache, especially on weekends when people are visiting the farm nearby. We’ve been here for several years now. We started with just two people and we’ve grown a little bit, but we still like keeping things small. It feels more manageable that way. We don't have a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a desk. We handle our orders as they come in and try not to let things pile up too much. It’s a pretty basic operation. We don't spend money on marketing or big signs. Most people just find us through someone they know. It’s a decent place to work and the area has a lot of nice trees. We’re just a local business trying to do okay for ourselves and our neighbors.
