Our office is located at 18 Sahakar Colony, right in the Shivaji Nagar area of Nasik. We are just opposite the Vijay Mamta building on the Nasik Pune Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of traffic noise coming through the windows. We have been here for a good amount of time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The space we have is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle that we use constantly for tea. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards. There are stacks of papers everywhere and the floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic. We are just a group of local folks working together. We don't have any formal titles that we use; we just know who handles what. On hot days in Maharashtra, we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the colony number. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of what we do. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a small team in Nasik trying to do a decent job every day. It’s simple, steady work and it keeps us out of trouble. There is always someone around to help if things get complicated.
