J.K.Cement Ltd. is based at 'Suman-Villa' Niwas in Baliraj Nagar. We are located right opposite the Bali-Maharaj Mandir and very close to Rasbihari High-School in the Panchavati area of Nashik. It’s a nice enough spot because of the landmarks nearby. You can hear the temple bells in the morning and the sounds of the kids at the school during their breaks. It makes the office feel like part of the community rather than just a place of work. The building itself, Suman-Villa, is more like a house than a typical office block. We have a few rooms set up with tables and chairs. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. We handle the paperwork and the orders from this desk. Sometimes visitors get a bit lost looking for Baliraj Nagar, but once they see the Mandir, they know they are in the right place. We don't have any polished marble floors or big reception desks. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We have our tea together and talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. The weather in Nashik is usually decent, so we often leave the windows open. We don’t bother with fancy language or marketing talk. We just run the business from this villa and try to do a good job for the people who rely on us. It’s a practical, local way of doing things. We stay busy enough throughout the week.
