Ultratech Cement Limited

Our office for Ultratech Cement Limited is at 3, Swarsamrudhi Apartment, which sits right opposite Nandanwan Lawns. We are in the Savarkarnagar area, just off Gangapur Road in Nashik, 422006. It’s a nice part of town, and having the lawns across from us makes for a decent view when we step outside for a break. Inside, it’s all business. We have a small setup where we track the shipments and talk to the local construction crews. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of files and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We get started early before the traffic on Gangapur Road gets too heavy. Most of the time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone; we just make sure the cement gets delivered. People stop by to ask about pricing or schedules, and we give them a straight answer. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Being in Swarsamrudhi Apartment gives us a good base to cover this side of Nashik. We know the area well and the people who live here. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, except when there is a big event across the street. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. There is always something that needs to be filed or moved.
