Shree Ram Building Materials

Our business, Shree Ram Building Materials, is tucked away in the Hirawadi area of Panchavati. We are at Plot No. 18, which is right behind the Mahadev Temple. Being near the temple means it is usually peaceful in the mornings until the bells start ringing. We are about a kilometer off the Mumbai Agra Road. It’s a good spot because trucks can get to us without too much trouble. We keep a lot of stock in the yard. Sand, bricks, and other stuff for building houses are piled up everywhere. It can get messy, especially when we have a big delivery coming in. I’ve been running this place for years with just a couple of workers. We know the local contractors who come by every week. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, I'm just sitting on a wooden chair outside or in the small shed we use for paperwork. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and they know we have what they need. We don't do much advertising. Most people just see the stacks of materials as they walk past the temple. Life here is simple. We open early, load up the trolleys, and talk to the neighbors. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on keeping the supplies moving and the yard organized as best as we can. It's an honest living in a good neighborhood.
