We operate out of number 3 in the Shrungeri Apartments on Gurudwara Road. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need right now. We work with plastics, mostly small parts and industrial bits that people use for other products. The machines can be a bit loud, but we try to keep the noise down during the odd hours so the neighbors don't get upset. It’s a small operation, and we don’t have any big signs out front. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who have been buying from us for years. The space is filled with molds and raw materials, so you have to watch your step when you walk through the back. We spend a lot of time checking the machines to make sure they are running right and the plastic isn't getting overheated. It’s a bit hot in there during the summer, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make good parts that people can actually use. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to work late to get everything finished. It’s just how it is when you run a small manufacturing setup like this one. We take it one day at a time and try to keep the quality decent.
