We are out in the M.I.D.C. area of Ambad, specifically at E-48. If you know the industrial layout here, you know it’s all about warehouses and production lines. Our place is no different. We handle food and packaging, which keeps us pretty busy with the logistics of moving things in and out. The floor is usually covered in rolls of film or boxes waiting to be filled. It’s an industrial life, but we try to keep it friendly. Most of our workers have been with us since the early days in Nashik. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk covered in invoices. We focus on getting the packaging right so the food stays fresh. It’s a lot of trial and error with different materials. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon with a wrench in hand. We don't spend money on big ads because the work usually speaks for itself among the other businesses in Ambad. We eat our lunch together in a small room off the main floor and talk about local news. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a local company in a busy industrial zone trying to do our part every day.
