Pharmalink Agencies

We are tucked away behind the State Bank of India in the Anasuya Commercial Complex. Pharmalink Agencies is in Shop No. 10. Being behind a bank means there are always people around, but our specific spot is a little quieter than the main road. We operate as an agency, so we’re the middle people between the manufacturers and the smaller local shops. Our day is mostly about phone calls and logistics. We have stacks of invoices on the desk and a lot of clipboards hanging on the wall to keep track of things. It’s a bit of a maze in here with all the crates waiting to be picked up by the vans. We don't really have a showroom because we aren't selling to the public directly most of the time. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking batch numbers in the dim light. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the narrow lane behind the complex, and we have to go out and help them navigate the turn. It’s just part of the daily grind for us. We have been in this building for a long time, and we know the security guards and the other tenants well. We don't have any grand plans to grow huge or change the world. We just want to get the right products to the right shops on time so everyone can do their business.
